Welcome to this Coaching Gym

Hope today finds you well, happy and inspired. In this weeks Coaching Gym, we’ll be going back to basics to Jump into June.

June is a turning point in our calender, as we approach the halfway point of our year, it is useful to take stock, to ask ourselves, how has the year been so far? Have we achieved our goals? Have we been focussing our energy and out time on what matters most to us? Have we been making decisions that support our intentions?

To truly Jump into June, we must ensure we are balanced, energised and ready.

As an easy and a simple visual exercise, to help us to check-in, most of you have completed a long time ago, is the Wheel of Life. Take a moment to complete it now.

I invite you to reflect on what you notice about your wheel – will it get you to where you want to go in one piece?

Some questions to prompt your thinking – In what areas of my life & work do I want to grow? Am I in balance? What difference is there this time around?

June is the month traditionally in the UK for a party, to let off some steam, to attend fairs, fayres and fates (so many parties their are multiple names :), a time to celebrate and enjoy the long bountiful days. Here’s to a wonderful month ahead to recharge the batteries for the months ahead.

The practice this week is to set a goal and commit to 2 results producing activities every day. Check in with your goal weekly and monthly.

Knowledge + understanding = WISDOM

Wisdom + application = TRANSFORMATION
