Who we are

Passionate about people, Marian Rosefield & Julie Kay, established Coaching in Partnership in 2001. Certified coaches, Trainers & NLP Business Master Practitioners,  we have coached 100’s of people over 1000’s of hours in the UK, Europe, Asia, USA, for over a decade.

Our previous career backgrounds include Community Development,   Civil Service, Manufacturing & the Media.  We have over a decade’s experience working with organisations in delivering successful & acclaimed developmental change programmes.

We are passionate about supporting individuals & organisations to increase their capacity, have more effective conversations and to fulfil their potential.
