“I have worked with Coaching in Partnership to provide coaching to approximately 200 managers in our organisation. They have always proved to be highly flexible to our needs and have delivered a professional and high quality service. Feedback from those who have been coached is very positive and benefits have been seen in both their business and personal lives”.

Philip Duck, VP: HR GSK

“I am delighted to recommend CIP as one of the best providers of coaching services.

As HR Director for a large international manufacturing division facing major change, I and my senior colleagues recognised the critical importance of developing the right leadership skills and behaviours in order to make the required changes and create a positive and enabling environment for all employees.

A number of us had previous experience of leadership development programmes and knew that they often failed to deliver the sustained changes in managers we all sought.

When planning our programme for over 120 mangers we were clear that too much was at stake to just repeat the ‘traditional’ approach and so we turned to CIP to help ensure individuals received personal attention to address their development needs.

The programme started with a one week high impact course to increase self awareness and provide a real understand of the dynamics of human interaction, and the role of leadership in creating positive and enabling working environments.

This was then followed by at least six personal sessions with CIP.

The results were outstanding with some amazing feedback from those taking part.

The coaching achieved significant behavioural change, supported the development of effective leadership and helped change the organisation culture.

CIP demonstrated their coaching skills but also their ability to inspire individuals to confront some difficult issues. Throughout the programme they maintained great sensitivity and operated with perfect integrity.

They visited overseas sites and again received high praise for their professionalism and cultural awareness.

I would have no hesitation in working with CIP in the future”.

P Y, HR Director

“I am delighted with the way the sessions have been structured and the amount of ground covered. The wealth of experience, ideas and techniques suggested for dealing with a whole range of issues seem to flow naturally and fit precisely with what I need, and at no time have I felt uncomfortable even when discussing sensitive issues.

The environment is friendly but professional and I have great confidence in the coach’s integrity and in maintaining confidentiality. In all senses I feel as if the coach is 100% dedicated to you and nobody else. The materials used are 100% relevant to my individual needs. At no time do I feel ‘back in the classroom’ and the follow-up and responses to our discussions are first class.

At the same time as I have been working with ‘Coaching in Partnership’ a colleague in Sales has worked with a different coach from the same organisation. I know from our discussions that he is similarly impressed with the outcome from his sessions.

In summary, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Coaching in Partnership to whomsoever is considering support from a coach. In fact I would go so far as to say it would be a missed opportunity if they did not use their services”

David R Orbison, General Manager, FMC

“The value of coaching in the business environment should not be underestimated, both in terms of professional and personal development for an employee. It opens the door to becoming more thoughtful, exploratory and resilient which leads to greater productivity and quality outputs. It enriches relationships in every area of life; work, friends, and family. Fear of the unknown is reduced and more control is exerted over those things can be controlled, whilst flexibility and adaptability in circumstances over which the employee has little or no control is enhanced. From a personal perspective, coaching also gives one the opportunity to challenge one’s life path, and to step out of the fur-lined rut that can be both a comfort and a frustration. It allows one to face challenges head on, to learn from oneself and others successes and failures, and to turn these into positive, constructive and rewarding outcomes. These bring benefits to the individual, and consequently to the business too.”                                                                                               Carol King, MBB, Lenovo
