Coaching in Partnership Ltd, established in 2001 by it’s founding Directors Julie Kay & Marian Rosefield (nee Seddon).

Graeme Skea

GraemepicGraeme is a natural coach and facilitator of change who brings inspiration and passion to individuals and organisations in achieving balance and growth. Graeme is dedicated
to unlocking the potential within everyone he works in partnership with, finding creative and inspiring ways to achieve and enjoy their best, including being licensed in delivering Insights suite of products.

Graeme has enjoyed 20 years (15 in management) working in the Oil Industry and Further Education covering field Operations, Projects, Sales, Marketing, Training, Competence, and Business/People development. Graeme works with people, for people and for results. He firmly believes that his successes in his career arose through building strong relationships, moving from the typical client -contractor basis towards long-term partnership.

Dorothy Larios

dorothy lariosDorothy is originally from Scotland but discovered Coaching whilst living and working in Athens, Greece. As founder and Administrator of a Voluntary Sector Organisation for 12 years Dorothy found herself challenged personally and professionally from experiences working and coping with special needs, cultural differences, people in transition and re-location. Coaching became a wonderful resource to support and empower those challenged by the above. Dorothy’s career, combined with living abroad for over 20 years, has allowed experience in Voluntary, Public and Educational Sectors and International organisations dealing with Special Needs, International Social Services and Public Health Authorities. On returning to Britain in the year 2000, Dorothy completed her Life Coach Training and has continued to work and train in Executive Coaching, Mediation, Facilitation of Action Learning Sets, Performance Coaching, Mindfulness and Special Needs Coaching. Dorothy’s interests are varied but she is intrigued by the resources people develop and use in times of crises, transition and challenge. Human potential and development has been a main passion for many years and shows still in her love of working with special needs in the workplace, emotional and spiritual intelligence within organisations and global awareness for those re-locating.

Jan Hall

Jan picJan Hall is accredited as a coach with the Coaching Academy and International Coach Federation. Jan’s background is in advice centre management and she is also a trained counsellor, NHS Mentor and Action Learning Set Facilitator & Trainer. Jan specialises in Coaching for managers in the corporate sector, Coaching for managers and directors in not-for-profit organisations, Coaching skills training (CCLP) and Personal Coaching on a wide range of issues, including mid-life issues, self-esteem and life purpose and vision.
