It has been a rainy and generally dull November here is Windy Wales! Hope the weather has been kinder to you of late.
Motivation has been a real challenge for me, with these shorter days and grisly weather. I have found it really useful to go back to basics and take a look at what I am saying Yes or No to – giving extra focus to close out 2015 in the best fashion.
