Julie Kay & Marian Rosefield (Seddon) founded Coaching in Partnership Ltd in 2001.  Quickly becoming globally successful through coaching hundreds of clients over thousands of hours, on 3 continents and in 7 countries!  Bringing a wealth of experience, for over a decade, our Leadership Development Programme was featured in the best selling book ‘The Philosophy and Practice of Coaching’, had an independently commissioned ROI study on our work and our clients presented our programmes at CIPD conferences as best practice.

Julie sadly passed away in 2014 and is dearly missed by us here at CiP and her clients worldwide. See Julie Kay for tributes and donations

Marian continues to build on their shared successes and carries on the spirit of Coaching in Partnership, along with CiP associates.  Indeed this Spring will see the launch of the Coaching Gym and Coaching Cafe.  Coaching Favours will follow later in the year.
